Honey Revenge’s Final Tour Stop at The Nile Was Chaotic, Campy, and Completely Unforgettable
On a hot summer night in Mesa, Arizona, Honey Revenge brought their tour to a wild and unforgettable close at The Nile Theatre—and it wasn’t just a show, it was a sendoff. From start to finish, the night felt like a chaotic sleepover between bands who had grown into a traveling family, complete with inside jokes, surprise antics, whipped cream, and even a staged murder.

The energy in the venue was electric long before Honey Revenge even hit the stage. Every artist on the lineup treated this last night like a celebration, and no one held back. Throughout each set, other tour members popped in with goofy, outlandish surprises that had the crowd constantly wondering what could possibly happen next.

Nightlife started the night strong with their funky, genre-blending set. As they found their groove, the rest of the tour crew stormed the stage holding a massive flag that read simply, and loudly: “GAY SEX.” The flag, the timing, and the sheer confidence of the moment had the entire room howling. It perfectly set the tone for what would be a night of unpredictable fun.

Daisy Grenade came out swinging next. Midway through their track “How to Hide a Body”, the rest of the tour once again joined the chaos—this time acting out a hilariously dramatic murder scene in the background, complete with over-the-top reactions and ridiculous physical comedy. And to top it all off? Vana—who had already delivered a killer set of her own earlier in the night—came back out wielding a can of whipped cream, spraying it directly into fans' and band members’ mouths with chaotic precision. It was one of those moments where everyone in the venue just looked at each other like, “Is this really happening?” Yes. It was. And it ruled.

Vana’s own set earlier in the night stood out on its own merits—bursting with confidence, personality, and power. Her command of the stage and connection to the crowd brought a vibrant spark that made it easy to see why she’s such a standout presence on this tour. Equal parts fierce and fun, Vana gave the crowd everything they wanted and more.

When Honey Revenge finally took the stage to close out the night, it felt like one big exhale. You could see how much this tour had meant to them. This was their victory lap, and they ran it full speed—with glitter, laughter, shoutouts, and a setlist packed with fan favorites. Their energy was infectious, their gratitude was real, and the love between them and the crowd was undeniable.

And that’s what made this show feel so special—it wasn’t about a polished production or flashy gimmicks (although, shoutout again to the whipped cream and murder bit). It was about connection, community, and saying goodbye to something that clearly meant the world to everyone involved.

The Nile Theatre, with its intimate layout and DIY spirit, was the perfect place for this kind of show. No frills, no distance—just artists and fans in the same space, celebrating the weird and wonderful world they built together over the course of the tour.
By the end of the night, everyone was sticky, sweaty, smiling, and already missing it.

Mesa got the sendoff of a lifetime. Honey Revenge and friends didn’t just end their tour—they burned it into memory with whipped cream, inside jokes, and pure unfiltered joy.
