Armor for Sleep at The Crescent Ballroom – Phoenix, March 27th, 2025
Last night’s show at The Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix was a nostalgic trip down memory lane for pop-punk fans, with three incredible bands setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Armor for Sleep headlined, and their performance was an emotional, high-energy celebration of their legacy, but the journey to that point was a rollercoaster of musical styles and infectious energy.

The night kicked off with Hellogoodbye who immediately set the tone of the night with their electrifying set getting the entire crowd on their feet. Their upbeat set had the crowd dancing and singing along to hits like “Here (In Your Arms)” and “Touchdown Turnaround,” getting everyone in a feel-good, high-energy mood. Forrest even gave a special surprise by performing some Spanish verses on the song “Here”.

Next Boys Night Out brought a heavier edge, fueling the crowd with their post-hardcore pop-punk vibes.

Their performance served as a perfect bridge between the bubbly vibes of Hellogoodbye and the more introspective tones of Armor for Sleep.

When Armor For Sleep took the stage, the nostalgia hit hard. Opening with “Car Underwater” and “The Truth About Heaven,” the band’s raw energy and emotional depth resonated through the crowd.

The audience sang along to every word, reliving the angst and intensity of the mid-2000s pop-punk scene. Armor for Sleep closed with “Stay on the Ground,” leaving the crowd buzzing with nostalgia and a shared sense of unity. The night was a perfect celebration of pop-punk’s golden era, with Hellogoodbye, Boys Night Out, and Armor for Sleep all delivering memorable sets that took everyone back to their high school days.

If this tour stop is coming to a city near you, I would highly recommend to take a trip down nostalgia lane and check them out, it is a show you will not want to miss.
