8123 Festival Night One Review: A Night With The Maine And Friends

The 8123 Festival, hosted by The Maine, isn't just a festival- its a place to come together, whoever or however you are, you are 8123. 8123 is a festival of shared memories from the early 2000s in front of some random parking garage to 2025 in a huge amphitheater. Fans from all over the world gather in one place including folks from London and New Zealand to witness an unforgettable night of music.

Veronica Everheart

Veronica Everheart opened up the festival with a set that was a perfect tone for the start of the day. She had a dreamy, heartfelt set that seemed to get the crowd to quickly fall in love with her. Her vocals were smooth and ethereal, easing the crowd into the vibrant energy that was about to follow.

Diva Bleach

Next up was Diva Bleach, an Arizona-based band that had the crowd buzzing with absolute excitement. Led by a dynamic frontwoman with vibrant rainbow hair, the all female band brought an exhilarating energy to the stage.

The Maine

Finally, The Maine closed out the night with a performance that was nothing short of legendary. To start out 8123 right, they played through two fan-favorite albums, American Candy and The Maine (self-titled), from start to finish. Every song was met with singalongs, especially when The Maine brought out Nick Santino to perform โ€˜thoughts i have while lying in bedโ€™. This song has been a fan favorite since the release, and fans love the version featuring Nick Santino even more.

The set felt like a journey back through the band's history, including songs that fans had not heard in years live or never at all at that.
