‘Tis the night of “One Strange Night,” a festival that had one of the most intriguing lineups and the most diverse crowd I’ve ever seen.
Since may, I was counting down the months, weeks, and days until I got to photograph these lively musicians, Ceremony, Snow Strippers, and The Garden. This festival was an experience I will never forget.

The Garden, of course, was the bold headliner everyone needed. The Garden was formed in 2011 by twin brothers, Wyatt and Fletcher, creating one of the most dynamic and experimental pieces the world has ever seen. Their persona is something you don’t see often either, they dress as clowns and have a comically large blow up jester on stage with them. The crowd was thrilled to see them perform “call this # now,” everyone was ecstatically screaming the lyrics, also dressed as clowns!

One of the openers joining The Garden was “Snow Strippers,” (gallery) their Crystal Castles like sound and early 2010’s stage presence made the crowd ecstatic for the nostalgia. I have never seen an artist capture the 2011 witch house vibe so well whilst holding an energy drink.

Another energetic opener was Ceremony, (gallery) no one was ready for their mic swinging madness. Ceremony was a perfect fit for all the rockers in the crowd who prefer a more hardcore punk sound!
